Terms of Service

1. Acceptance. By using AdFlow Assist you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The service. AdFlow Assist is a productivity tool that operates on ad dashboards you are authorized to access. You are responsible for complying with the terms of the ad platforms you use it on.

3. Acceptable use. You agree not to use the extension to scrape, harvest, or access data you are not authorized to view, and not to reverse-engineer or abuse the service. We may suspend accounts that violate platform rules or these terms.

4. Plans & billing. Free plans include 5 actions per calendar month. Pro plans are billed by Creem on a monthly or yearly basis and renew until canceled. Plan changes take effect per Creem's billing cycle.

5. License & quota. Your license key is personal and non-transferable. Usage is metered server-side; attempts to bypass limits may result in license revocation.

6. Affiliate program. Affiliates are managed through Creem's Affiliate Hub. Commissions are tracked and paid automatically by Creem per the affiliate terms at /affiliate-terms. Commissions stop on refund, cancellation, or fraud.

7. Disclaimer. The service is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not affiliated with Meta or TikTok.

8. Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AdFlow Assist is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months.

9. Termination. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or platform rules. You may close your account at any time from your dashboard.

10. Changes. We may update these terms; continued use after changes means acceptance.
