Affiliate Program Terms

1. Program overview. The AdFlow Assist affiliate program is run through Creem's Affiliate Hub. Approved affiliates earn a 25% lifetime recurring commission on every Pro subscription they refer (monthly and yearly plans). Commissions continue for the lifetime of the referred customer's active subscription.

2. Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years old and may not be an AdFlow Assist employee or direct relative. We may decline applications that misrepresent the product, use deceptive promotion, or otherwise conflict with our brand.

3. Tracking & attribution. Referrals are tracked via a unique ?ref= link issued by Creem. A 90-day cookie attributes the referral to you on last-click basis. Creem handles all click and conversion tracking.

4. Commission structure. You earn 25% of the subscription amount Creem collects from the referred customer, on every renewal, for as long as the customer remains subscribed. One-time or non-subscription purchases are not commissioned.

5. Payouts. Payouts are handled automatically by Creem's Affiliate Hub. Commissions are credited to your Creem affiliate balance and paid on Creem's schedule (typically the 1st and 15th of each month, subject to Creem's minimum-balance and holding-period rules). Completing Creem's KYC verification is required to receive payouts. AdFlow Assist does not process affiliate payments directly.

6. Prohibited conduct. You may not: bid on "AdFlow Assist" or other brand keywords in paid search; send unsolicited bulk email or spam; make false or unsubstantiated claims about the product; use cookie stuffing, forced clicks, or fake accounts; or refer your own account. Violations void all commissions and may terminate your participation.

7. Refunds & chargebacks. If a referred customer refunds or reverses payment, the corresponding commission is reversed. Fraudulent or reversed referrals may result in account removal.

8. Termination. We may suspend or remove an affiliate for policy violations, fraud, or program changes, with or without notice. Earned, non-reversed commissions remain payable per Creem's schedule.

9. Changes. We may update these terms; continued participation after changes means acceptance. The authoritative program terms are those published at this URL.
