Quick start

    Create a free account

    Sign up on the website — no credit card required.

    Download & load the extension

    Download the .zip from your dashboard, unzip it, open chrome://extensions, enable Developer mode, click "Load unpacked", and select the folder.

    Activate your license

    Copy your License key from the dashboard into the extension popup.

    Use it on your ad dashboard

    Open Meta or TikTok Ads and use Export, Download, or Snapshot.

Frequently asked questions

How do I install the extension?

Download the .zip from your dashboard (or the Help page), unzip it, then open chrome://extensions in Chrome, toggle on "Developer mode" (top-right), click "Load unpacked", and select the unzipped folder. The extension then works on the Meta Business and TikTok Ads dashboards you are already logged into.

How do I activate my license?

Open the extension popup, paste the License key shown in your account dashboard, and click Activate. The extension verifies it with our server and switches to your plan automatically.

What counts as one "action"?

Each export, creative export batch, or snapshot upload counts as one action. Free plans get 5 actions per calendar month; Pro plans are unlimited.

Is my data safe? Does AdFlow Assist scrape Meta or TikTok?

No. The extension only reads the page you have already loaded in your own browser. It makes no external requests to ad platforms and stores only what you choose to upload to your asset board.

What happens when my Pro subscription ends?

Your License automatically downgrades to the free tier. You keep your account and any archived assets; you simply return to the 5-actions-per-month limit until you resubscribe.

Can I get a refund?

Subscription billing is handled by Creem. For refund requests, contact us at y2776495866@163.com per Creem's policy.
