1. Overview. AdFlow Assist ("we", "us") provides a Chrome extension and web dashboard that help advertisers export reports, export the creatives and data from their own authorized ad accounts, and capture page snapshots from ad platforms they already use. This policy explains what we collect and why.

2. What we collect. We store your account email, your subscription and license status, your monthly usage counts, and any snapshots or asset metadata you choose to upload to your asset board. We do not collect your ad account credentials.

3. Cookies. We use a small number of essential cookies to keep you logged in and to remember your session. We do not use cookies for advertising or cross-site tracking, and we do not use third-party analytics.

4. What the extension accesses. The extension reads only the DOM of ad dashboards you are already logged into, in your own browser, and only processes the creatives and data you are authorized to view. It does not scrape ad platforms, does not make requests to Meta or TikTok on your behalf, and does not access or download any third-party content.

5. How we use data. We use your data to provide the service, enforce plan limits, generate your license, and process subscriptions via our payment processor Creem. We do not sell your personal data.

6. Payments. Subscription billing is processed by Creem. Payment details are handled by Creem and are not stored on our servers.

7. Data retention. We keep your account and uploaded assets until you delete them or close your account. Backups are purged within 30 days of deletion. You can request deletion by emailing y2776495866@163.com.

8. Your rights. You may access, export, or delete your data at any time from your dashboard, or by contacting us at y2776495866@163.com.

9. Children's privacy. AdFlow Assist is not directed to anyone under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us data, contact y2776495866@163.com and we will delete it.
